Returns

We want you to love your Dragon Padel gear. If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with tags attached
• In the original packaging where possible

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed via our webstore method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, accessories like caps cannot be returned unless faulty.
